Rentals will be considered for 3 days or more. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the US

Western Union is also accepted. 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the full amount must be paid using any of the methods described above. This full amount also includes a security deposit of $600.

Upon arrival, our friendly staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. At this time, you will inspect the property and note any pre-existing damage.

▪
Upon check-out, the apartment will again be inspected. If no new damage exists, the security deposit will be returned to you in full. Please remember to treat this apartment as your own.
