Rental Price and Payment Policy
- A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required immediately, in order to secure availability and price, after signing a seasonal (short-term) rental contract.

Balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival, with an additional security deposit of 20% to 40% of the rental price to cover utilities and house expenses.
|

(electricity, water, telephone, natural gas), and any eventual damages that may occur during your stay. -

▪
The remaining of the security deposit, if any, will be transferred back to you within 72 hours after the check-out.- All payments are non-refundable and must be made through international bank-to-bank
