TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES:
No charge Monday through Friday, between 10.00 am and 6.00 PM. (Except on Holidays)
Weekends and off-hours check-in /out:
If you plan to check-in or check-out during the weekend or at any time other than the above or during a Holiday, you must inform us in advance, so that we can make a special arrangements. Please note that there is an additional cost per any off- hours check-in or check-out of $50 USD.
Please note that on the following dates: December 24th , December 25th , December 31st and January 1st a check-in / check-out $150 USD charge applies, in normal hours, but after 6 pm till 10 am the next day you will be paying USD 350 per property. This fee goes to the employee that do the check in
RESERVATION PAYMENT:
In order to book the property we need a reservation deposit of % of the total amount of your stay. Depending the property. Usually is a 50%.
Payments may be made via Bank wire directly into our Bank account, (or in cases of direct rent with owner to Owners Bank account) please note that all wire transfer fees will be charged on your end. An additional option to send the reservation deposit is through Western Union Money Transfer, which has locations in over 190 countries.
As is our policy, your reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or modify the dates of your reservation. The owners receive the booking deposit as soon as you send it, so Luxury International Living will not be held responsible for cancellations or modifications of the dates for ANY REASON.
Important: since February 23rd 2009, and due to owners new policies. When a booking is done seven weeks or less than the arrival date, you will pay the FULL AMOUNT.
If you rent 2 or more months before a 50% deposit will be asked and 7 weeks before arrival date you will need to send the balance via wire transfer or Western Union.
Please verify and confirm your booking dates before making the reservation, since your reservation is only valid for the dates you schedule. Provided you decide to change the previously made reservation dates, deposits related to that reservation dates will not be refunded. If the guest wishes to make a new reservation a new payment will have to be made.
* Please do not send in a payment without first emailing and verifying the property is available. No payment should be made without consulting our reservation department.
RENTAL AGREEMENT PAYMENT:
At the day of arrival, we (someone of our Company or the Owner) will meet you at the property to sign the rental contract agreement. At that moment you must pay the full amount remainder and the security deposit (in the case is not already paid). All these payments are to be made in CASH in US dollars, Pounds or Euros only. Please be sure to have with you the necessary funds in cash before your arrive at the apartment. The keys will not be turned over until the guest has paid the total amount in full (the rental balance plus the security deposit). You will sign the Contract, English.
Payments for accommodation are non-refundable. If you decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. The guest will provide a security deposit in CASH, in US dollars, Pounds or Euro that is kept on file until the guest's departure. The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the property is left in good condition.
Prior to your departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the property condition and return the deposit. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing items.

DISCLAIMER:
All landlords have the right to decide not to allow tenants into their properties. In the event that this occurs, we will make alternative arrangements for you. The use of the property by more than the number of allowed persons will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement
